Medical Care and Therapy
Medical Review and Nursing Services are provided, as well as Personal Care Assistance.
Rehabilitation Therapy Services and Activities are also provided, such as PT, OT, and ST.
Entertainment and Community
Western provides fun activities, entertainers, and outings. As well as arts & crafts for your loved one to partake in!
Nutrition and Support
Western serves breakfast and lunch for our participants, in line with the nutritional standards set by the Adult Care Food Program.
If you so desire, the center can transport you or your loved ones to and from your home.
Social Services, and Respite Care for Family/Caregivers are also available at our center.
